1. Taylor’s University Merit Scholarship

Eligibility Requirements for this scholarship in Malaysia: 

• Must be an undergraduate with a minimum CGPA of 3.5
• Minimum of three years of working experience is required
• Strong command of English and meeting the English language proficiency requirements

• Certain subjects are excluded from consideration for foundation and undergraduate programs

4. Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU) Scholarships & Merit Awards

As an international student in Malaysia, the Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU) Scholarships & Merit Awards is also one of the best scholarships in Malaysia. The merit awards vary based on several discounts or rebates. However, it is only based on a first-come-first-served basis, so you’ll have to quickly apply to secure your scholarship!  It can vary from 5%-30% based on results and nationality.

5. Sunway University’s Jeffrey Cheah Foundation Scholarships

The Jeffrey Cheah Foundation Scholarships by Sunway University are popular scholarships in Malaysia for international students as the foundation is known to have awarded more than RM 402 million in scholarships to various students. The fees range between RM6,000 to RM11,000 a year per student.

This scholarship is given to students (freshmen) for their outstanding academic results and is based on an average percentage from year Grade 11.
