Established in 1998, Monash University Malaysia was the first foreign university branch campus to be set up in Malaysia. Located in the vibrant Sunway City township, the campus is easily accessible via direct public transport links. As a full offshore campus of Monash University, Australia, it offers a diverse range of accredited undergraduate and postgraduate programs spanning arts, information technology, business, science, medicine and health sciences, pharmacy, and engineering.

Monash University Malaysia is located in Bandar Sunway, Malaysia, about approximately 20 km south-west of Kuala Lumpur city. It takes about an hour to reach the campus from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) by car. while the Clinical School Johor Bahru (CSJB) is located in the southern Malaysian city of Johor Bahru.
